The ASICS London Community Space has reopened with weekly classes and run club.

The ASICS London Flagship Store is located at 527 Oxford Street. It is less than a 5-minute walk from Marble Arch and Hyde Park. The store is the home to the ASICS Studio also known as the ASICS Community Space which is located on the mezzanine. I first started coaching in the ASICS Studio in 2017. It reopened during the last week of September and I and am so happy that it is back. The brand-new studio looks brilliant, has some great strength training and exercise equipment and a great sound system.

A team of ASICS FrontRunners have been assembled to deliver weekly group runs and classes from the ASICS Community Space. The FrontRunners leading the group runs are Leadership in Running Fitness qualified and the studio coaches are qualified personal trainers and fitness instructors. The Run Club meets at the ASICS Store twice weekly. We start at the store, generally do a quick warm up at Marble Arch, lap around Hyde Park and end at the store. The run time is approximately 40 minutes and can adapt to the needs of the runners. Each run us lead by two FrontRunners with one at the front and one at the rear. This is great for mixed ability groups as it allows for pace variation.

Whether you are training for an event, enjoy social running or in need of motivation this is the ASICS Run Club is for you. We are a welcoming bunch of run leaders and runners from a diverse running, age, experience, and cultural backgrounds. The ASICS Community is a place to train, grow, laugh, and come together. We invite you to. After so long apart it is great to run together again. As the ASICS London Run Club Captain, I invite you to come and join our running community.

The ASICS Studio coaches have been selected for their experience and energy. The classes have been thoughtfully curated to make them effective and beneficial for runners. I am proud to say that I am one of the coaches and Ania is the other. The classes include Core Strength Training for Runners, Pilates / Yoga and HIIT so there is something for almost everyone. The coaches are welcoming, provide support and feedback to ensure everyone gets the most out of their experience. The classes are suitable for beginners through to advance as the coaches demonstrate modifications suitable for a range of levels.

Whatever your fitness level or training schedule we would like to welcome you to the ASICS Studio for one if not all our classes. Space is limited and they are proving quite popular so please book in advance.
