The Nagino run jacket is incredibly light, but at the same time it offers a good protection from the wind. It is perfect for running or walking when the weather is around 20-25 degrees Celsius, I personally tested it in Italy a couple of weeks ago. It protects well from the wind (and the rain as well), but as the same time it is very transpiring, so it doesn’t make you sweat excessively. It has a hood which is very useful if there is some light rain and a pocket that can easily contain your house (or car) keys. The color is also perfect because it is bright white, so it makes you very visible on the street.
