I have been using ASIC shoes since I started running. While I have delved into other brands over the years, these have been for cross training or casual wear. My shoe of choice has always been any of the super comfortable and versatile neutral ASICS shoes ranging from the Kayano, Cumulus to Nimbus.

My first experience with the Nimbus range was with the Gel Nimbus 18 and over the years I have stayed loyal to this range and now I get to experience Gel Nimbus 24 as an ASICS FrontRunner, Saudi Arabia.
With more than 24 years of running shoe evolution (the number denotes the new edition which is added once a year), the Gel Nimbus has been my trusted kicks of choice for running over mid- to long-range for seven years … my long range being 21.1km until last year.
The Nimbus range has been getting lighter, bouncier and more cushioned over time. With these improvements over the years, the Nimbus has been versatile and adaptable, helping me maintain a steady and comfortable run every time.
As a daily use shoe and some times for ‘races’ , these shoes have not let me down. Technically, the addition of FF Blast+ foam in the mid sole has been a significant improvement to the overall stability and a key differentiator to this range.

My son, Abdulla found them really comfortable and raced well in them on the Jeddah Formula 1 circuit, in sweltering heat during the Wings for Life run event here.
