This is one can almost be 'too' much. It pretty much tracks everything, all the time. It monitors every step, bite, sip and, and, and... All with the aim to give you an overview of your daily habits/routine and this way giving you the power to set realistic health goals. While there are various dedicated sleep tracking apps available, many mom's commented how the overall view – including sleep patterns – will allow you to identity those parts of your life where you could perhaps 'improve.'

To log your runs: Runkeeper (iOS and Android, free)
Runkeeper gives you a clear view of your training in real time. It not only tracks activity, but also encourages you to get active more often. It features audio cues and allows you to participate in virtual challenges, running groups and more, all with the aim to keep your runs interesting and your motivation high.

Layout is clean and detailed and you're not going to miss any stats. Once you’re finished with a workout, you can see a nice summary of your run. Each activity automatically saves the weather and allows you to add notes, track shoe mileage, among a whole host of other features. The premium version allows you to syncs seamlessly with Garmin®, Apple Watch® and more, and allows you get even more detailed insights on your progress, plus ASICS-developed training plans to get you race-ready.
