1. Be consistent!
2. Don’t start off the run too fast - you don’t need to sprint to run. Keep your pace slow and steady. You must always be able to chat while you run.
3. Beginners should start off with walking.

8. Don’t get worked up about side pains and 'stitches.' Just slow down and breathe.
