This super easy, apple, cinnamon and peanut butter sarmie is one of ASICS FrontRunner Admire Muzopambwa's favourite post training snacks.

"Apple on bread might not be to everyone's taste," says Adi. "But, the combination of the all the ingredients makes it seem almost like a luxurious breakfast pastry, without the guilt."

Here is how he puts it together:

Ingredients:
French loaf bread (must be fresh) 
peanut butter
apple slices
sprinkle of cinnamon

Method:
Cut the French loaf in half, length ways. Spread the peanut butter, and top with apple slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Too easy. Enjoy!
