The new ASICS Women's GEL-DS Trainer 24 is probably my favourite shoe at the moment. Having been a huge fan of the ASICS Gel-451 I was a little hesitant to try anything new until I tried the new GEL-DS Trainer 24.
The new knit upper has a great fit and feel on the foot and is just as light as the Gel-451. My first run was comfortable and I didn't feel the need to have to run the shoe ‘in’ before I raced in it.
The FlyteFoam technology provides exceptional bounce-back and responsiveness no matter the distance. The Duosole Outsole reduces weight and enhances flexibility while maintaining traction and durability.
The 3M Reflective is great for darker runs and this making you visible when needed.
A dual density midsole system positioned to enhance support and stability making this an all round great shoe that will be hard to compete with.
