We are launching the ASICS Women's Sunrise Programme to coincide with International Women's Day on 8 March. The programme is designed to help bring balance to body and mind through simple, effective exercises.

Finding balance through movement

The ASICS Women's Sunrise Programme addresses specific stress triggers and combines advice and exercises from ASICS' athletes and its network of experts. ASICS athletes Eboni Usoro-Brown and Sarah Lahti along with hormone coach Rabea Kieß, share their experiences and offer advice on how to incorporate movement to ease mental load, manage the pressure to succeed and balance the female cycle. The video tutorials will be available soon.

"I faced a challenging point in my life when I injured my Achilles and needed surgery. Over the course of my recovery, it became very clear to me that balance is important for recovery and long-term success. Moments like this made me realize how much the right movement at the right time can uplift both my body and my mind. I believe this is true for everyone" says Olympic athlete, Swedish half marathon record holder and European silver medallist over the 10,000 metres Sarah Lahti.

ASICS experts and athletes across Europe will host live ASCIS Sunrise Sessions on social media following the launch of the ASICS Women's Sunrise Programme. The local experts and athletes invite women to move their bodies to bring balance to the body and mind at the start of the day.

ASICS Women’s Collection for movement of mind

The new women's collection, the ASICS Sakura collection, will be available from 1st March, including footwear and apparel designed to bring comfort and balance to women. Inspired by the serenity of nature, the Sakura collection was specifically created to support women on their journey to a Sound Mind in a Sound Body through movement.

The collection includes performance running tops, tights and shoes and will be in selected stores later in March.
